Principle of Sewsaver

In fact, the motor's occupation coefficient is very low when the single needle sewing machine, lockstitch sewing machine, double-needle sewing, button-holing machine, snap-fixing machine and other special mechanical devices are operated. For example, the motor of the lockstitch sewing only works while the needles working on the clothes, but most of time the motor works under the state of idling. The experiments have proved that the actual working time of the motors is around 20%-40% for lockstitch sewing machine, double-needle sewing, 45%-68% for the button-holing machine, snap-fixing machine.

This product is designed to solve the electricity wasting problem that exists when the motor is idling. Advanced microcomputer electronic technology was adopted to detect and calculate/control/deliver the actual needed energy/current, on no load and load condition to the motor. The energy saved can reach 55% - 73% when the motor is idling (no load condition); and 15% - 23% when the motor is stitching clothes (load condition).
