Haiku Sewing machine energy-saver device
While designing the sewing machine, the bestowed power exceeds the required by 20% or more. During practical sewing process, the sewing machine is running with intermittences. Thus the motors are running for nothing in for considerate long time. It results in obvious wastage of energy. To decrease the clients' running costs to the most, the HAIKU SEWSAVER has been designed, which can conduct real time online monitoring and dynamically adjust the required voltage and current, reduce the motor's heating, decrease noise and iron loss, save electricity and contribute to cold startup protection while the sewing machine works all the time.
HAIKU SEWSAVER is designed to solve the electricity wasting problem that exists when the motor is working. We adopted the advanced microcomputer electronic technology to inspect and calculate the actual needed energy, and finally to control the power output as per motor’s actual load. The energy save rate can reach 73% when there is no power output; the standard energy save rate can reach 15% when there is power output. Therefore, by using our energy-saver device, we can save electricity by 30%-55%.
